Hi, I'm hoping someone can help because this is very frustrating! My Sense 2, which was quite expensive, used to hold it's battery charge for DAYS. All of a sudden, it's draining fast, even when at 100% charge, in a day. I've tried everything suggested in the forums, including cleaning the charging sensors and the charger itself. I have the latest update software. Does anyone have any suggestions or anywhere I can take it to be repaired or install a new battery? Thank you!!!!

Hi @Mello11 - if the watch drains within a day it is most likely faulty. The watches aren't repaired, only replaced under warranty.
But check the following. Sync then run the watch in standalone mode by turning off the phone's Bluetooth and putting it in Sleep mode from Quick Settings (pull down on the watch face).
Then fully charge it and restart it by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Place face down with the straps out of the way and so it cannot detect anything moving nearby (lights won't flash anymore).
If this doesn't help turn on Bluetooth and try changing clock face and repeat.
Note if the watch gets hot when charging stop immediately and don't wear it.

The general consensus among most people seems to be that Fitbit has made some private software update that has destroyed the battery life of the sense/sense2. Both smartwatches are having the same issue, and its suspicious that everyone seems to be reporting that it started right around may 10, which suggests that it is a software update.

Interesting! Mine is requiring DAILY recharge. I've owned it less than a week, and it has all the updates!
I had my device on "always on," but I just shut that off. I also changed brightness to "dim." If this watch was giving people close to 6 days, something is obviously wrong now.
