So I recently got a Sense 2 and the body response screen just doesn’t work. It constantly tells me “to get started, open the Fitbit mobile app.” I’ve done everything app and watch-wise to try to get it working and all Fitbit support keeps telling me is to just factory reset the watch (which I’ve done 3 times now). I saw online that someone said the 194.61 update had fixed the issue for them but my device is only running 184.52 and has no options to update. I thought the 194.61 update came out in July? Has anyone had the same issue or successfully been able to update their Sense 2?
