Sense 2, bpm stopped working

This is a relatively new watch and all of a sudden the BPM stopped on the watch.  I can still see them on my app, but not on the watch on demand.  I bought this watch for this reason and this reason alone.  Can you help me figure this community or Fitbit?

@scotty76 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

If you see the heart rate on the app but not on the Sense 2, try tapping on the Sense 2 to change between the main stats. 

I would also suggest you to change the clock face How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Also make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed.
