I’ve not been getting calls, calendars notification, message alerts and although keep reconnecting Bluetooth, taking the sense 2 off the app and reconnecting. It just disconnect moments after connecting with Bluetooth.
Getting completely fed up with this especially as I could see from FB comments that this is a commone occurrence for most sense 2 users.
any Ideas - sense 2 was only purchased late last year 2024

Hey Anna. I had a similar issue, here is how I fixed it.
1. First make sure your Fitbit sense 2 is properly paired and syncing. Then in the Fitbit app top left, click on devices icon, then click on your sense 2, then go to notification and disable mirror your phone. Then back out and sync by pulling down on the Fitbit home page. You should then start receiving notifications on your Fitbit. Once you have confirmed it's working you can turn on mirror your phone option and it should continue to work. Taking calls on the sense 2 also needs to be enabled separately under smart features.
*Edit: I forgot to mention that the sense 2 is not supposed to say connected in Bluetooth. It should just be there and it will work.
2. If none of this works restart both your phone and Fitbit.
3. If that doesn't work reset your Fitbit, remove the sense 2 from the Fitbit app, and your Bluetooth settings. Then go through the setup process again. But try methods 1 and 2 first.
