I can’t pair of my Bluetooth from my phone to my Fitbit my Bluetooth is turned on on my phone

Hi @Lilpinky32  while Fitbit uses bluetooth, it doesn't use it in the conventional way. You install the app for your smartphone? That is how you pair it. Be sure you follow the directions in this article - click to read.

As mentioned by our friend Odyssey13 all connections between a Fitbit device and a cell phone are managed by the Fitbit app. There are a few exceptions depending on the device and feature (eg, music control on devices available).
