Hey fit bit fam
I've had this watch a month I do not remember bumping it and the TOP RIGHT screen is flaking off 😳 I've had a wee look and this seems to be a legit manufacturer fault ... ive emailed fit bit and they have agreed to a full refund 👍 so please if your sense 2 has chipped and started falling apart please email

Good show!
You’re the first I’ve heard that received a refund for a chipped/flaking screen. Those that have had similar experiences have had their claim rejected. Perhaps the flaking screen vs cracked screen terminology helped. Did they ask for a picture?

Best AnswerI have had this same issue recently but I was denied any form of help. So with this I am going to speak again to figure out the difference which is preventing me from using my device to its fullest.
thank you!
