Sense 2 clock face

my recently purchased Fitbit sense 2 keeps reverting to the steps tile rather than the clock face (spectrum). The only way I can get it to display the clock face again is to keep rebooting it - any other ideas thanks.

Thank you for letting us know about this situation with the clockface.  I'll do my best to help you. 

  • Have you tried changing your clock format to another one to see if the same thing happens?
  • Please verify that your clock face (Spectrum) has all permissions enabled, you can see this in your gallery on the app.
