Sense 2 clock not displaying data

2 weeks ago i noticed my sense 2 wasn't recoding any data so i did a factory reset and started a fresh. 

 

Data then started recording again but every morning it would show in the app but not on the watch unless i changed the clock face every moring and changed it back (I would have to do that every morning regardless of which clock Face I was using).

 

I've just done another factory reset on my sense 2 again but when I was setting it up i can only swipe down and the setting icon is blacked out so i dont even have an option to reset.

 

When i hold the button to restart its starts glassing turquoise and black then I get a big red x and the clock face shows up but still no access to any app or setting.

 

Now  its stuck in a cycle it will update then the clock Face will show then it'll update constantly.

 

Ive managed to do a factory reset it looks like it's worked this time.

 

But im still in the same situation data wont show unless i change the clock face

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi @Quinny85 ,

 

Which watch face are you using?  Is it an official Fitbit one or one from a 3rd party developer?  If it's from the 3rd party developer, you might need to get in touch with them.
