I have had my Sense 2 since December 2022. I had initially reached out to customer support because I couldn't get my watch to sync, and it would constantly crash when I attempted to sync it. They told me to try using another phone or tablet: I do not have access to either of these. The the basically told me I was out of luck and I'd have to wait for the update. Well, I've downloaded the most recent update and I am still having issues with crashing and difficulty syncing.
I have had to resort to keeping the Bluetooth off, or else it crashes all day and tracks nothing. It also makes me lose the ability to receive phone calls, and texts which is part of the reason I have a smart watch. It would also crash in the middle of me using timers.
To get it to sync, I have to force stop the app, shut down my watch, turn on the Bluetooth and then the app, all at a certain time while the watch is rebooting. Is anyone experiencing this? Why won't the company replace my malfunctioning watch?

Update: the watch completely died. Customer support was very helpful and are replacing it.
