A couple days ago, my Sense 2 would not activate. I pushed the side button and it did not start up. My fitbit app said it had 24% battery. I put it on the charger where it supposedly charged to 100% according to my app. I kept trying to get the screen to respond. I finally spent time with it today and it would not come up. It now is in a continual reboot. I reviewed some of the other articles here and tried to reset it back to factory settings but it isn't working. It continues to cycle through the fitbit logo. Any ideas how to get it to respond and come back and/or quit cycling like this?

Thanks. I think this thing is dead. I have had times when it acted up and I left it over night and in the morning it would be back to normal. But this time, I think it's over. I get a big red X when it tries to come up. I just bought a replacement - not a Sense 2. I will try once again to talk with support. But I didn't really get anywhere when I tried that yesterday.

Just one more thing. I wanted to thank you for replying. I have never been on a community board where I was actually answered when I asked a question. I bought the Sense 2 in 2022. It has been many places with me, on many runs and walks and it shows its wear now. I was considering replacing it anyway. It got my money's worth out of it that's for sure. Thanks again.
