Sense 2 crashed and won’t reboot

My sense 2 has crashed twice and now it won’t reboot. I’ve tried holding the side button but the screen doesn’t change

I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is not working.  

  • Is your Sense 2 screen on?
  • Does it vibrate when you connect it?
  • Are the green lights on the back?
