No sleep score last night even though all other sleep data has been recorded/stored. I've tried reloading many times but same result. I am not happy since Google took over Fitbit!

no sleep data for me last night. No resting heart rate, no readiness score and no health metrics at all. And, yes my watch was on properly and slept for more than 6 hrs. Also not happy.

My sleep score for last night worked this time. Try doing a reset of your fitbit device by holding in the button for approx 10secs until logo appears on your device screen. Worth a try FitVicki

Thanks for the idea. I tried it and my rhr came through but still no other metrics. Tried three times. ☹️ hopefully it works tonight.

Hi @Macanfriar @FitVicki. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the sleep core. Sorry to know the difficulty.

Thanks @Macanfria for mentioning the restart that can fix this and many other issues. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

In addition, make sure to have the latest version of the smartwatch. Please see the following article: How do I update my Fitbit device?

I tried resetting 3 times with no luck. Also updated my Fitbit. I didn’t get sleep metrics for the previous night - never updated but did get everything for last night. Took 4 times to sync and received 1 - 2 things each time but last night finally came through. Still nothing for the previous night.

I'm glad it has improved but one can't sense it's earned our trust yet.
Lots of future stable performance required for the community?

Sadly all too common for me. This Sense 2 replaced a faulty Sense, which despite other faults always gave me a sleep score if it had recorded sleep stages. I don’t know what Fitbit have done to the Sense 2, but even with sleep stages properly recorded, there is no sleep score for about 1 in every 5 nights; not good Fitbit…..

The same has happened for me. Full sleep stages appear, but no readiness or sleep score. I have noticed it happens after I charge my sense 2. The readiness and sleep score doesn’t register the first night after charging. I sync the device after charging is complete.
The nights after all is normal again. I have rebooted my sense 2. Reinstalled the app. All have the latest updates.

It seems as Fitbit users we have to solve a lot of these idiosyncrasies
ourselves. I remember the days pre-Google, when we had more consistent
delivery of good functionality. We provide error feedback to Google via
this community. Is it getting better bit by bit everyone?

No sleep score or any sleep data for weeks or months. Historical sleep data has also disappeared.  I have followed all the advice to reinstall the app and resent. I tried it all. Now of the advice or suggestions get it to work. Considering other brands.
