Sense 2 display issue

My sense 2 has been showing colourful horizontal lines when it wakes up. I tried restarting but it did not help. Just for information, the watch was off for more than 2 weeks, and in my bag. I am assuming it got damaged or something but cannot see any physical damage. Please help 😞

Hi Andrea,

Yes I did contact the agent and got assistance but it did not resolve the
issue. They said that the team will get back to me via email. I'm still
waiting for their response. Hopefully it will get resolves soon.
