Sense 2 displays a red X and won't connect

I’ve been charging my Fitbit all day. When I try to connect it, it doesn’t display the 4 digit code. Every time I turn it on, the logo flashed black and blue screen and displays a huge red X

Hi @SunsetRunner,

I'd attempt a Factory Reset and if that doesn't work, I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page).
