I just bought the Fitbit sense 2 and was very upset about not being able to connect my Spotify like I have with my other Fitbits, so I decided I'd see what other apps I could get later. So now this morning I went to do that and learned they don't support 3rd party apps. This needs to be more advertised cause I bought this with the intent of having a smart watch and now I just have a fitness tracker. If I wanted just a fitness tracker I would've bought something small like one of those rings. I would have never spent so much on a big ugly watch if I had known.

Hi @Lillymariey. I think your experience is pretty universal among users upgrading to a Sense 2/Versa 4. I recommend returning it, especially if you feel that this isn’t going to grow on you.
Please check the return policies from the store where you bought it. If you bought it from the Google Store, the return window is 14 days, not Fitbit’s generous 45 days.
