  • Hi I'm new to Fitbit ,

and I just bought Fitbit Sense 2 , it's an amazing smartwatch but i couldn't find a way to read ARABIC texts on it ? 

 

Seriously after some searching i was shocked to see that supporting arabic language has been a huge demand to a lot of people even before 2018 , i can't understand why Fitbit isn't looking for any solution .

 

Please help us and support our simple claims .

Fitbit (or Google) Doesn't care about the Arabic community, we demand to support our language since forever but they do not care.

I was going to buy the new Fitbit smartwatch but i remember the Arabic notifications showing like this (?) and now I'm thinking about Galaxy watch it's better and they are care about my community

We continue working to improve our products, services, and the overall experience with them, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process.

 

At this moment, we recommend supporting the following ideas already posted in the Feature Suggestions board:

First i would like to thank you for replying and listening to our case BUT how can we support suggestions from 2018! .

 

Please we ask for simple and reasonable solution to use our watches that we truly like.

Thanks for replying sir Nawaf,

I'm new to Fitbit so after buying Fitbit sense 2 i was truly shocked that it didn't support arabic even tho i really loved this watch , I'm still SAD to see that i can't see any Notifications on it .... 

 

And now I can't even recommend it to anyone because of this problem.
