I upgraded from the Versa to the Sense 2 because it says it tracks breathing, temp changes, heart rate fluctuations....According to mine I never sleep, breathe and I don't have any form of temperature. Is there a trick to getting these things to register, I have everything enabled, signed up for the premium for six months and my Fitbit still thinks I'm dead.

I am having the same issue with my Sense 2. I also purchased it for the extra data it supposedly provides and a free 6 month subscription was included to Premium. It was a terrible purchase. I hope Fitbit doesn’t automatic renew my subscription since I have no intention of continuing this program. Additionally my Sense 2 does not want to sync automatically, and yes I followed all directions for that as well. Junk watch - so disappointed!

Hi @KAStephens - unless you cancel the premium subscription it will be automatically renewed and you will start paying after the trial ends.
Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
