As you surely know by now, the Sense 2 often fails to sync for no good reason. Doesn't matter if the watch is paired & connected via Bluetooth or not, doesn't matter if the phone has an internet connection or not, doesn't matter if the app is open or not; the dam watch just refuses to sync for no reason. Syncing should just effing work. I find it utterly unacceptable that such a simple, basic, fundamental feature only works half the time.
Don't bother replying with some useless information on how I, the user can "fix" this manually. I don't want to know about some god **ahem** workarounds that only "fix" this problem temporarily. It shouldn't be up to the user to have to manually force the **ahem** watch to sync half the time. Syncing should just work. Always, all the time, every time god dammit!
What I want to know if Fitbit is going to do actually do something about this or if they just don't care anymore. Has Google/Fitbit abandoned the Sense 2 or are they planning to let Fitbit FIX THIS ALREADY!!! To let this problem go unfixed for more than a year is utterly unacceptable.

I TOTALLY Agree. This is utterly BS. I was going through my drawer the other day and have literally 4 Fitbit watches that just all of a sudden quit working and it’s always around the time my warranty stops. Imagine that. I think I just need to keep having faith that Fitbit will get better and try another watch.

Hello there and welcome back, @Sarge_01.
I totally understand and appreciate your post in regards to the syncing situation with your Sense 2.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
I appreciate your understanding.

I feel I have a similar issue. Contacted support and they told me to reset my fitbit and just keep refreshing to sync…. Well I’m not doing that all day! So frustrating because I’m constantly getting a notification on my phone saying my Fitbit was unable to sync. Turned off notifications but this defeats the object as I want notifications for certain things lol

How do I downvote a moderator? I did not contact support and they did not provide me with a solution. Total bullsh@t

I’m able done with Fitbit also. I regret not just getting an Apple Watch.
My Sense 2 is a year old.
Thanks for letting us know you were not given a fix. I haven’t been able to sync two day even after updating the watch and the phone.

Hi All,
I have the same issue. I tried even the factory reset of my Sense 2 and it didn't help. Sometimes it will sync normally and then suddenly the app keeps "looking" for the watch and can't find it ... And it won't for hours, until it miraculously starts working again.
I used to have the first generation of Sense for several years, without any issues, now I'm really disappointed 😞
