Sense 2 failed 3 times in 5 months

1st Sense 2 had batter issue

2nd warranty replacement Sense 2 would not give correct time

3rd warranty replacement Sense 2 would not synch the day it arrived in the mail.

How do I get Fitbit to send me a replacement that WORKS for years like my last device?

Hi @Fireworksmama  - reading your issues it would seem there is a phone or phone settings issue and that may influence how the watch syncs. This can be made worse by having more than one device configured to connect with it.

 

Rather than replacing the watch can you post what exactly is not working and on which phone you have the Fitbit App installed.

@Fireworksmama  - do you have other (old or partner) phones or tablets connected or that can connect to your watch?
