Sense 2 was discounted replacement for a faulty Charge 5 which was a replacement for a faulty Charge 5. Back lights never worked so heart related data never recorded. Less than a day old 2 Fitbit chats tried all fixed including factory reset which failed completely. I’ve now been sent a refurbished replacement which I’m not happy with. How do I get a refund?

If the Sense 2 you've been sent was defective from the beginning, I'd recommend calling Fitbit support to clarify the situation:

J'ai eu le même problème, à fonctionner 5 jour puis plus rien, remplacer également par une reconditionnee. Après 6 mois j'aurais compris mais après 5. Jour c'est Inacceptable, j'aurais du me faire remboursé et acheté une toute nouvelle en commerce. Mais il vous diront si vous choisissez le remplacement qu'ils ne peuvent vous garantir que ce sera une nouvelle mais une reconditionee. Que c'est repris dans leurs conditions de garantie. Je ne sais pas di c'est vraiment legalle mais voilà c'est fitbit.

Refurbished item arrived after 2 days. It was obviously used with scratched face and pitted contacts. On charger it displayed a small QR code and a big red stripe, wouldn’t connect. On phone to Fitbit support, they advised reset, factory reset, cleaning with toothbrush and fresh water, cleaning with earbud and alcohol, then when they didn’t work left it updating again overnight. After another reset in the morning it now works. Without doubt the worst company I have dealt with in 50 years. I’ll keep it going for now but if it goes wrong like the previous 4 I’ll bin it and get an Apple Watch.
