I have the following issues with my Sense 2 which has driven me back to my Versa 2 (since it's more basic and usable):
1. Under Settings - When I set items like screen brightness, the changes are never saved.
2. Overall Settings/Exercise Settings - I have had problems with setting for a specific exercise reverting to what I assume is the default after setting them the way I want.
3. Readiness and Cardio Load Calculations - These have become meaningless to me. Since there is no explanation of how they are calculated (that I can find) they aren't helpful. For example, when a low Cardio Load score is recommended for the day, about the only thing I can do to meet that goal is sit around all day. When I walk which doesn't bring my heart rate up to much more than fat burning, the next day's recommendation is still for a lower cardio load. What controls this? Why can't we turn it off? I trust my own body to provide me with this guidance and usually I'm right.
While I see on this Community site that Fitbit (Google) is trying to improve the app and products based on community input, I don't really see any changes or improvements. Making your products more complex isn't always the answer. Making basic features and data work in a meaningful way is much more useful to us, the users.
