I preordered Sense 2 and it arrived last week. I've yet to be able to pair it with my phone. The phone has picked it up but the device shows the fitbit icon for a few seconds and then a large red X appears. I've been with tech support who tells me I will be referred to tier 2. Still waiting. Anyone on the forum have any suggestions or solutions?

I’ve got the exact same problem. It keeps disconnecting from my phone, as well
