Sense 2 frustration

I preordered Sense 2 and it arrived last week. I've yet to be able to pair it with my phone. The phone has picked it up but the device shows the fitbit icon for a few seconds and then a large red X appears. I've been with tech support who tells me I will be referred to tier 2. Still waiting. Anyone on the forum have any suggestions or solutions?

I’ve got the exact same problem. It keeps disconnecting from my phone, as well

I tried again tonight with no success. I have contacted them again and will be looking for a refund if it is not resolved soon

No Tia. I've been on with tech support every night and they continue to have me go through the same old instructions with no success. There's an old saying, lunacy is described as repeatedly carrying out the same action and expecting a different outcome each time. They continue to tell me it has been escalated to tier 2. I've given them 24 hours to resolve it or I want a refund. If I'm having trouble with this one, I wouldn't have much faith in a replacement.
