My Sense 2 (purchased February of this year) has started to randomly get stuck on a screen, and I can only swipe down to go to the screen with settings, where I restart the fitbit. This has recently happened 3 nights in a row.
I have even done a factory reset, but the issues continue.
Any other suggestions?

Thank you for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Sense 2 screen getting stuck. I appreciate your efforts on doing the step to get this improved.
My best recommendation would be for you to change the clock face of your Charge 5. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen, click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install it. I'm positive this will help you.
