  • Watch got switched off.
  • Tried the long press, it vibrates and the fitbit logo flashes for 2 seconds
  • Then comes the scary big red cross across the whole screen and done. 
  • It does not switch on, my fitbit phone app is detecting the watch but I cannot pair it because the display is a black screen and I don't get the pin on the watch to pair. 
  • It is a week old watch, not used much, haven't explored it much either. 
  • And this happens, please help!
