Sense 2 heart rate monitor not working

My heart rate monitor on my sense 2 barely works. It’s stopped functioning properly on the lay month and a bit. I’ve meticulously cleaned it and still I get no readings at night and when I look at it there’s a heart rate about 40% of the time. I’ve tried turning it off and on as well.

Before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the device.

Hi there.  I tried restarting in and followed the suggestions in the articles. I’ve had it since January and the heart rate worked fine and only started acting up about a month ago.
