I don't understand what's going on! My Sense 2 clearly shows its tracking HR but in my Fitbit app it can go days without reflecting the same. It's almost like I was never wearing it. I can even track a workout and have this happen. Does anyone know what's going on??? PLEASE help... I'm so lost.

That's very weird and frustrating I can imagine. How about the other stats like steps, sleep stages, skin temperature? My first thought was 'does your Fitbit sync up with the app?'

Everything else syncs just fine.
It is very odd.... I really want to know what's going on or if anyone has encountered this before.

Odd for sure! Have you tried a restart to see what happens? The steps you can find here: Restart Sense 2

I sure have... Thought maybe it would fix it but nope. Ugh so frustrating...

Hi there, @Papagirl. @RonaldM Thanks for your great help.
@Papagirl Thanks for the pictures and for every step tried prior to posting. I understand where you're coming from as the heart rate should be syncing correctly to the Fitbit app. I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. I'm sure they'll provide you with further assistance, so please keep an open communication with them.

I was on the phone with them just as you posted this that's why. Still no solution ugh

On mine, I often see days where it only shows a partial graph in the view you showed (like where you have for example Oct. 23rd showing no graph, I might see just a short line there like it only recorded a partial day). But when I tap it to expand to the full graph for the day, the full day's data appears on the expanded daily graph. Then when I go back to the weekly view, it magically now shows the full line for the day. Clearly a bug. I wonder if this happens for you to? If you tap on one of those blank days, does the full graph appear and have data? And when you go back, is the graph magically there in the week view?

I see what you're saying. I don't even see a partial graph for missing days not recorded. It only shows me the sporadic day it's actually tracked on the app. Even if my monthly view it odd because it a weird graph that doesn't show much because it's barely tracked in a month

@JerryHam, what you describe has been normal for me on other functions, most noticeably on the sleep function. The dashboard and/or list of days will be incomplete or an old value, yet the detail view will show full current data. Unlike your experience, backing out only sometimes updates the more general graph or the dashboard view. It seldom bothers me since normally I am more interested in the detail view than the general views for those parts with such issues.
I haven't done it recently, however, in the past closing (or force stopping) and reopening the app will get the app to collect and reflect the newest data. Closing usually works. if force stopping doesn't work, then nothing else I try works either.
@Papagirl, this doesn't fix the issue, yet does explain that it isn't just you, or just the one function. Try the close and reopen. if that doesn't work, then try the force stop and reopen. Force stop is the Android operating system. it might be called something different on your phone.
I hope this helps some and have a Terrific day!

Just got mine a few days ago, the resting heart rate isn't showing up on my App but it seems like it's tracking my heart rate though. Any tips?

Any help? Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried restarting my watch and my phone but it hasn't helped.

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new member.
I've moved some of your posts to this thread so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for getting back with more details and screenshots of what it's displayed. I'm sorry the issue persists and to further investigate what might be occurring, please reply back with the following information:

I think it's just the heart rate tile. I haven't used it for sleep
It does show the full graph with data, just not the resting heart rate as seen ini the picture
Iphone 11, iOS 16.1.1 (just upgraded to the new iOS, it was having issues even on the iOS 15)
Fitbit 3.70.1
Thanks Lizzy!

That's frustrating. Mine doesn't even reflect the day at all let alone the lack of bpm. It's soooo frustrating and support is useless. Clearly people are having the same issue so why can't something be done???

I have tried a force stop on my phone but no luck. I get the odd day of stats here and there. It should be DAILY.

Hi Lizzy, wondering if there are any updates. Is this a watch problem or an app problem?

I also have this problem. The other day I could see on my watch that the heart rate was being tracked and it **eventually** showed up in the dashboard online, but it never once showed up in the app on my phone for that day. It is just a completely missing day of data on the app, there is nothing to click on for that day anymore. The day of I kept trying to get the day to show up in the app, but nothing made the day appear with any graph, empty or full, it's just missing. This also started right after my heart rate sensor went crazy and told me my heart rate was 90 to 00 while sitting and I ended up with 11 "active zone" minutes from it. Restarting the watch and taking it on and off didn't affect the heart rate sensor. That night I didn't get any sleep stages data or logged sleep/heart rate data and the next day it stopped tracking my heart rate on the app. The following day the heart rate started tracking on the app again after I slept, but yet again I did not get sleep stages data. I also did not get any breathing rate data and that day I didn't get a HRV or skin temp, or oxygen saturation, resting heart rate No other data seemed affected during the day though, just while sleeping.
This is now the 2nd time in a month and a half I've had issues with the heart rate function and the sleep stages. I've already done a factory reset once...which is not a solution to keep having to repeat every few weeks.
I have a Samsung S22, app version 3.70

I don't track my sleep but sounds like you're having very similar issues to me.
I have called FITBIT a few times now regarding this issue and still no resolution. They have photos and screenshots and all they tell me is that they will contact me when they have a solution which is highly unlikely. I asked them how they can sell a watch that essentially isn't doing what it's supposed to do (track data) and I'm just supposed to sit around and wait?? That's bs if you ask me.
