How do I do this? Is it the same as a “delete account “? Support say “On your Fitbit device, open the - Settings app - About - Factory Reset.” I don’t see an “about” option

Hi @pariemala I see the following items on my Sense 2 in this order when I open my Settings app: Display, Vibration & audio, Goal reminders, Quiet modes, Shortcut, Screen zoom, About Sense 2. The Shut down option is at the bottom.
This is your first post. Why do you think you need a factory reset?

Hi @pariemala & @LZeeW, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you find the factory reset option on your Sense 2 settings. Thank you for the steps you have already followed. Always thankful for your contribution @LZeeW!
No, deleting account is a different process than factory resetting your device. In addition, the shut dwn option is not necessarily to factory reset. Factory reset, is literally to bring back all settings to factory default.
You should be able to find factory reset option in the settings app under the about option. If you don't see any "about" option, maybe you can find something similar to "device info", "about device". In this option, scroll down right at the bottom and tap "Factory reset".
