Sense 2 how to preset Sleep Mode start and end automatic times

On the Sense 2, it would be a nice idea to have a feature to preset the timings for "Sleep Mode" in the app instead of having to manually remember to set it every day before going to bed. Even better option would be if the Sense 2 detects the person wearing the device has gone to sleep and auto switches to "Sleep Mode" and turns it off when it detects the person is awake.

You can preset Sleep Mode start and end automatic times on the Sense 2 itself.  It is under Settings > Quiet modes.  I think you can even set it differently by day, or maybe it is by weekday and weekend.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@RajRaj   I want to clarify that you can't set a separate weekday and weekend schedule.  Same hours every day.
