Sense 2 is 63 % but App says 99% how to resync

For the last three days my watch and my app all registered 99% and I knew that that was completely incorrect So today I started to change the USB ports where I charge Phone Ann the watch.

The watch turned out to correct the reading from 99% to 63% when I switched the USB charging port, but I cannot get the register to change from 99%. What to do?.

This is on a Fitbit Sense 2 not an inspiredx3

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Sense 2. 

Have you tried to sync the device with the Fitbit app manually?
