Sense 2 is not showing my health metrics data

As of the 16/6 my sense has not shown any metrics for breath rate or hrv.  I've tried restarting the watch, ensuring the contact points are clean and also clearing the app's cache.. Still nothing.

Hi @YiG.

Are you wearing the watch tight enough? If it's quite loose it might not be making sufficient contact with the skin for a reliable HR signal.

Yep, been using trackers for 10 years now and I'm used to having them snug fitting.. Watch was working fine for the first few weeks. Ended up doing a factory reset and pair it back up to the app again, 48 hours later and it appears to be working again. Probably yet another random bug they didn't fully test for.
