Sense 2 is not tracking my heart rate accurately

I am using a finger Oximeter that is way under the Sense 2 reading, not even close.  Should I be thinking about returning it to Best Buy?

Hi @sprehoda - it depends what you want to use it for. Generally the HR is quite good when not doing any repetitive movements and for sleep measurements. Mine reads almost double during exercise and others in the forums have seen it under reading. The new technology HR optical on the later smart watches can easily pick up noise.
