Hi @Tez28 - firstly try restarting the watch, but if you recently changed clock face you may not have granted all permissions in the Fitbit App Gallery tile for the clock face.
If you swipe the watch face to the left and tap on steps, scroll down to heart rate and see if it shows something when you are wearing it.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations.
If the above doesn't work, I would recommend you to check this article to know what factors can affect heart rate and also some tips to fix your heart rate reading. Additionally, please double check that you're wearing your Sense properly.
