Sense 2 is not tracking my sleep times accurately

If I’m in bed at 10pm - I will always be sound asleep at 10.30. However my Fitbit doesn’t seem to start reading sleep until about 1am any night. Anyone know the problem?

Hi @Dinny1234.

There are a few things you could try. The first being a restart (press and hold the button for about 10 secs). Also ensure that the heart rate sensor on the back of your watch is clean and clear of any debris. Are you wearing the watch tight enough? If it's too loose it might struggle to get a reliable heart rate, which will subsequently make it more difficult to detect when you are sleeping.

Hey- Fitbit replied. It was none of them issues but got it sorted. It was bedtime and wake up setting needed to be switched off and another few settings
