Hey, I shut down my Fitbit sense 2 to save battery for surgery - had for a year as my second replacement but now it is randomly rebooting with a line through it. I’ve cleaned it and tried hard reset. Any advice? I rely heavily on it for work. I’m waiting for an email back from Fitbit..

Hi @Ky1ie - what you can try is to fully charge it and do a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, if it does.
But first restart the phone to be sure that it can sync the correct time (it will have lost time while shutdown).
If it still doesn't work remove the Bluetooth entries for it from the phone and remove the device from the account in the Fitbit App and then set it up as a replacement watch, it may just revive it.
