Sense 2 is tracking my heart rate too low

So i’m a very overweight female (5’9 250lbs) who started working out just about daily around two months ago. I’ve been averaging 13k steps a day, working out at least 6 days a week and calorie counting and i’ve lost 24lbs in the last 7 weeks. Prior to starting this my RHR was around 67. It has now dropped to 58. My heart rate today just sitting watching TV was as low as 53. I have a doctors appt in two days and i will talk to my doctor but doesn’t this seem super low? Has anyone seen such a drastic drop after beginning a workout routine? Should i be worried?

@elvish769 it isn't impossible. Also, It isn't impossible for unfit people to have low RHR without doing anything. Genetics plays an important factor here. My wife RHR dropped quite a lot after she started running and lost some weight. It didn't take long to see that drop. I experienced something similar in the past. My RHR was usually ~60bpm but after I started getting fitter it was dropping quite quickly (reaching 50bpm took probably less than a few weeks, now, a few years later it's 39bpm). I consulted a doctor for similar reasons and had a checkup done to make sure my heart was in good shape and indeed it was. You shouldn't be worried. Contrary, you shouldn't panic at all. Any doubts, see the doctor (which you have already scheduled). Don't waste time on fruitless stressing yourself. Each heart is different and anyway, you didn't describe anything here that even looks abnormal.
