Sense 2 just died after 28 hours of purchase

My sense 2 died after 28 hours was still 81% charged. Just died not happy

Hi, @Blondie237, welcome to the community, you should contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. You do not mention how long you have had your device, you may be interested in the terms of Fitbit's warranty.
