Help! My FittBit say Set Up Alexa and won't go to any other screen. The other day I logged out of Alexa ( thought) but now it's back and won't let me do anything else. it is forcing me to get started with it.  I DON'T WANT ALEXA

With the Sense 2, you don't have a choice.  I wanted the Google Assistant on mine and was told it was not possible at this point in time.  You can do what I did and write a Feature Suggestion and hope that it gets picked up by the engineers to include in a future firmware release.

 

For what it's worth, you can use a Google Assistant with the Sense 1.

Hi @AlexThom - your only option for voice assistant is Alexa and it can't be removed.

The Google Assistant was removed from this watch along with other features found in prior watches.

However, the long button press in the watch Settings is probably assigned by default to voice assistant. You can turn this off or assign it to something else.

If you are not happy with the watch, Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy and most stores a 14 to 30 day one.
