Sense 2 keeps buzzing during exercise

I recently got a Sense 2 (I used Flex 2 for years). In a 30-minute cardio session (Tracy Anderson dance routine), it goes off 6-7 times! Sometimes there are only 2 minutes between buzzes. I turn on my watch (side switch) to see what's up and most of the time, it's nothing. I understand the Sense 2 goes off with 10 minutes left in the hour (6:50, 7:50, etc) but this is not that. It's getting annoying and is hard to exercise. Any ideas why this is happening and what to do about it?

That's an obnoxious Heart Zone Notification telling you each time you switch to a different heart zone.

I think with the Sense 2, after picking your exercise, you can swipe up through settings for that exercise and see this setting to turn it off.
