Sense 2 for Christmas in the last weeks i have had to restart it daily as freezes on heart rate, time not updating or going to zero steps. Never had any problems with last sense. Completely doing my head in as can’t even rely on giving me the correct time.

Thank you for providing the information regarding your Sense 2. Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing.
Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.
In addition, make sure that your device is up to date.
Besides that and if you haven't done so, perform a restart as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi @Hillspills - in addition to what has been suggested, also try changing clock face if you are using a special one.
Something else to try if it continues, turn off the phone's Bluetooth and see if that stops the problem which may be due to a syncing issue.
If the watch freezes, [and this can happen for other various reasons] a restart should get it working again.
