Sense 2 lap count and distance

My Sense watch died and I just purchased a Sense 2. I swim almost daily and loved that my old watch kept track of my laps. I didn't realize that the Sense 2 didn't have that function. I am so disappointed in my new watch. I looked and noticed that people have been writing about the lack of this function on the Sense 2. What is the problem? I might have to return the watch for another watch that will do laps and not just time. Very frustrating.

Hi to All,

I did buy another Sense 2 in March 23. Was functioning according to the description but today it stopped working.
It doesn't even switch on to synchronize. Trying to lock on again and again it doesn't work. I'm really angry having bought the sense 2 two time..................lessons learned........no more fitbit, never!!!
Justing coming back from US checking for synchtronizing to get the Brazil time instead of US. It got stuck the screen went dark and that's it.

Now please I need to know to inform as most people as possible to warn them "not to buy a Sense 2 anymore.!!!!!!!
