My fitbit sense 2 is about 2 years old and for a while now it needs to be charged every day, whereas before it could go a week between charges. I wear it all the time except when I shower. So, a few days ago I took it off to charge it and noticed a distinct burn mark in the shape of the watch on the back of my wrist. It was pretty alarming. It doesn't hurt but it is a deep red mark, skin looks shiny, just like a burn. Then my fitbit would no longer charge. So I left my watch off since then and the burn mark is not going away or showing any signs of getting better. I was surprised when I googled the issue and saw how many others have had the same experience. I tried to contact support about it and was accidently hung up on. I didn't want to try to call back and hoped they would call me back as I had already left my number with the person I had been speaking to, but no call back. I have been a dedicated fitbit owner for many, many years but now wonder if I should look for another brand to try out
