Mine is same since it just updated, I had do not display and sleep mode on previous to update and now I'm unable to deactivate either of them!

Hi @Rui06  @Doolally - you should be able to pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

If not I'd hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, then try.

Already tried this 😞 but thank you.

@Doolally  - You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click Help & support section, Contact Customer support, they may take you through a factory reset but it shouldn't be necessary.

So I synced my data in Fitbit app then factory reset my sense 2, synced data and updated now it's fine. If you update your Fitbit with this latest update while do not disturb or sleep mode is on (or both) you can't tap them off after update. So this is the fix . 🙂

Restart, reboot my sense 2 still cannot unlock. No choice but to reset to factory setting, finally it solve the problem! 😪

I found other issues in the latest update.........for a couple of days my vo2 overnight wasn't recording.......and then suddenly nothing would pull down or up or side to side on my fitbit.........like it was stuck in the time area.......so I couldn't see what my steps were, or if I had completed my hourly moving goals etc.......so I pushed both sides of the watch til the logo appeared.........and it didn't do jack.............so I did it again an apparently I finally got to a place I could manage - factory reset.  WHY oh WHY don't the people doing these updates check for glitches before they send them out?  I have yet to have an update that goes smoothly.  NOT a happy camper.

Hi @Fitting123 - could you please identify more precisely what is the exact state of your watch and problem to get more help on this user forum and which of the suggested steps you followed already.

watch stuck in do not disturb/ sleep mode after charging it.

1.went into settings and tried to turn off but both areas greyed out so not able to wake watch.

2.swiped down from time found the moon symbol for sleep on as was the do not disturb symbol, tried to turn off here and reply was ‘locked in sleep/ do not disturb mode.

3. Have held button until restart and no go.

So…Followed advice of other posters and did a factory reset and now another issue with this sense …

The phone app prompting to update tracker and ‘tracker’ stuck on with message on it displayed ‘trying to connect’ although Bluetooth on phone is connected to it and the Sense has updated on phone!! The tracker is just not functioning as it should.

Another poster had this same problem. So spending hours now troubleshooting this issues. return to sender it is looking like

Thanks @Fitting123 , that is very clear.

You cannot modify Do not disturb if Sleep mode is enabled, you have to turn off Sleep mode first (sleep mode dims the display, turns off wrist wake and turns on do not disturb)

If you factory reset the watch you may not be able to get it installed again due to the new V4 Fitbit App not working after a factory reset, there may be no way to set it up again.

You could try removing all traces of the watch in the Fitbit App, account, Bluetooth and phone and restart both phone and watch again.

It has to be a thorough removal and then it may work if it thinks it's a brand new watch.

Bluetooth - remove both entries and toggle Bluetooth off/on.

Account - remove the watch from the Fitbit App.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone. (You may even need to reinstall the Fitbit app)

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and place in charge.

Login and run Set up a Device and add it.

Rather long winded but hopefully the process will work for you.
