My sensor plates on the Sense 2 fell off. My Sense 2 is less than 2 years old. When I talked to the chat bot I was given the option of buying a new unit at 35% off, but the Sense 2 is already 35% off.
I am frustrated because I think a unit like this should last longer than 2 years.
Anyone else has issues with the plates falling off and being told that is not their problem?
