My paperweight is no longer charging or restarting.  For no apparent reason. Very annoyed.

Let me help you with your Sense 2 that is neither charging nor restarting.

If you find trouble while charging your Sense 2, i recommend that you follow the tips suggested in our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once the device is properly charged, it will turn on as espected.
