I am struggling to figure out how to add the sense 2 to the google account for my 13 yr old. His account has been converted over using the email from google but it still is only showing me the options of the kid watches. I'm not sure what I'm missing. This is a major flaw with this brand. My teenager doesn't want a "kid" watch and this is extremely more work then it should be.

I did read the issue with google family on other posts. I got it figured out though, I had him removed from Google family...it just wasn't updating in the fitbit app that he was removed. I'm not concerned with the ECG feature, I did read that on other posts also.

Hi @Andrea_P . Do you use Google Family Link? If so, Family Link is the issue. I don’t have personal experience with this and my family. Based on other posts, you need to remove your child from Family Link. It takes a day or so to get access to all the models. You can apparently add your child back to Family Link in another day.
I also want to point out something about the Sense 2. The ECG feature isn’t approved for people under age 22.
