My new Sense 2, only 3 days old, required its first recharge but did not charge the entire day when plugged in, did all the troubleshooting ideas on here, but the same result of the fitbit logo flashing, then a big red X and then blank.

Thank you for providing the information regarding your Sense 2. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.
Please confirm that your device is getting charge. Please follow this steps: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
In addition, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Forget your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
- Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner.
- Tap Add More Devices > Sense 2 and follow the on-screen instructions.

Thank you for the reply. I have arranged for an exchange with the supplier after speaking with the manufacturer on the telephone yesterday who had gone through all available trouble shooting.
