I have a fittbit sense 2 and the watch has stopped charging. This is a 12 months old watch and I see this issue. I have not been able to speak to Fitbit support by any chance. Please help me.

Hi @Ajay4700 - here are some information from the Fitbit Help Center - Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
This includes some initial things to check that might help. Others might have some suggestions too! Hope this helps.

Take a careful look at the 4 charging pins on the charging cord. It is not uncommon for one of them to get slightly depressed so it no longer makes contact. If that is the case, I haven't seen of anyone being able to fix it. If this applies, my suggestion would be to look on Amazon and find third-party chargers, several for the price of a true original if they even still sell them, and get them much quicker, and less trouble than trying to get a replacement.
But if it is no a depressed charging pin, sorry but I have no idea, though still might try a new charger on the off-chance the charger is the problem.

I have had to replace the charging cable quite frequently on the FitBit Sense 2 - the problem is that the pins get damaged over time and don't properly connect the charging plate on the base of the watch. Once the cable is replaced, the charging works just fine.
I think the pins get damaged due to the relatively high force exerted by the magnets used to mate the watch to the charging connector.
As an aside, it is worth noting you can harvest the magnets from discarded connectors and use them to amuse (not-so-)small children or fidgety-adults.
The good news is that you can order replacements relatively cheaply from Amazon which arrive in day or two (at least, they do in my geography which is in Sydney Australia).
