I’m also having issues. I brought an iPhone 16 pro and I can’t sync my Fitbit sense 2 to it. My husband just has a Samsung S24 and it will connect to that so I know that it’s a syncing issue with my iPhone.

I didn't get a iPhone I just replaced the phone that broke with the same make and model. It's always been on android. My mate always had issues with the connection with iPhone

It's good to see you participating in the community @blinkie88 and welcome to the community forums @WHALEN3.
Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding this difficulty with your Sense 2.
Please, make sure that you have removed the watch from the previous phone's Bluetooth, as the watch could be connecting to it instead of the new phone and make sure [more likely] that there is no battery savings enabled on the iPhone which is shutting down the Fitbit App or associated services from running in background.
With that been said and if you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

@blinkie88 on your old phone, did you disconnect the tracker through your phones Bluetooth screen? If not, then the tracker is still connected to your old phone. If the phone is turned off, then we don't care anymore.
However if you removed the tracker from your fitbit app, which removed the tracker from your fitbit account. When switching phones, never do this, you will now have to setup the tracker as if you bought it this morning.
Normally turn the old phone off. Load the app into the new phone, log into your account. Accept any requested permissions. Now setup notifications.
