Hi @Enuj1953 - if steps aren't showing on the watch, check the displaying clock permissions in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, or change to another clock face.
You can check the watch is functioning properly by a swipe left to see what steps are being recorded. If none hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If you don't see steps in the Fitbit App make sure it is syncing Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also on the Fitbit App, device page (Connected to) make sure only the Sense 2 is connected to your account.

Here are the steps to change the clock face.
You can also try to restart the device, since this procedure fix many issues.
