Sense 2 not displaying messages, emails etc when they come in

Hey all, 

 

I have gone from Versa to Sense 2, on the versa when an email texts WhatsApp came in it vibrated and my watch would flash up with the notification.

 

Sense 2 I have to tab the side button to get the notifications,  am I doing something wrong ? 

 

Android user here samsung phone .

 

Only reason I changed to Sense was verso stopped working  , really disappointed if this is the case with Sense 2 .

That's correct. Screen doesn't wake up automatically when notification comes. When you feel vibration you may turn wrist to wake up screen and see notification. This has been posted in Feature Suggestions forum:
